About The MCAC
The Minnesota College Athletic Conference (MCAC) membership is comprised of approximately 23 community and technical colleges throughout the upper Midwest. It is a non-scholarship league with membership in Region 13 of the National Junior College Athletic Association Division III. Region 13 is comprised of NJCAA programs in Minnesota, North Dakota, Upper Michigan Peninsula, and Northern Wisconsin.
The MCAC Clay Target League began in 2018. Currently 16 teams and over 300 student athletes participate.
Fall Schedule
August 1: Registration opens
September 1: Registration closes at NOON CT
September 3: Practice/Reserve Week starts
September 6: Conferences announced
September 10: Competition Week 1 begins
September 17: Competition Week 2 begins/Championship registration opens
September 24: Competition Week 3 begins
October 1: Competition Week 4 begins
October 8: Competition Week 5 begins/Championship registration closes
October 15: Final season results published
October 17: MCAC Clay Target Championship in Alexandria
